2. Product and Service Description

Product Characteristics:

• Quality & Precision: Our markers and refills are crafted for performance, offering vibrant colors, smooth application, and reliability for various artistic techniques.
• Specialized Range: We offer distinct product lines (Alcohol-based, Water-based, Acrylic Paint) to suit different surfaces and artistic visions.
• Hygiene & Integrity: Due to the nature of ink products, certain items like opened refills have specific handling requirements to ensure safety and prevent contamination.

Service Area:

We ship worldwide, excluding a few remote areas not serviced by our carriers. Please note that we currently do not ship to Asia and other specified remote regions.

3. User Accounts, Conduct, and Obligations

Your Responsibilities:

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during account registration and checkout.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Orders and Payment Terms

Order Process:

1. Order Placement: Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We will send an order confirmation email, which is an acknowledgment of receipt, not an acceptance.
2. Order Acceptance: Acceptance of your order and formation of a contract occur when we ship the product(s) to you.
3. Pricing & Availability: Prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and update product availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you and issue a refund.

Payment Methods:

We accept the following secure payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Payment is processed at the time of order.

5. Shipping Policy

We handle your art supplies with precision to ensure they reach you safely.

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays) from our Las Vegas fulfillment center.
• Shipping Options:
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx. Estimated delivery 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50. Via EMS. Estimated delivery 15-25 business days after shipment.
• Delivery Estimates: Provided timelines are estimates. Delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or carrier issues. Tracking information will be provided upon shipment.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We stand behind our products. Our policy is designed to be transparent and fair.

Key Conditions:

• Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Non-Returnable Items (Unless Defective):
  • Opened or used Marker Refills (for Alcohol-based or Water-based Markers).
  • Custom or Personalized Orders.
• Process: You must contact [email protected] within the window to obtain an RMA number before returning any item.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 2 business days of approved return inspection. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
